Heroic Acts Remembered

For a vivid delineation of how people from all walks of life came together to fi ght the novel coronavirus disease （COVID-19）， the National Museum of Chinas new art exhibition， Unity Is Strength： An Art Exhibition on the Fight Against COVID-19， is a must-visit.

Opened on August 1， it is a collection of nearly 200 items， including traditional paintings， sculptures， calligraphy and handicrafts， both by established artists and ordinary people. China Artists Association and China Calligraphers Association are co-hosts of the exhibition.

A tribute to medical workers and other men and women who selflessly contributed to saving lives and safeguarding public health， it also shows Chinas contribution to combat the global pandemic as a responsible major country.
